Fruit Tasting Events

Fruit Tasting Events
Our Fruit Tasting Events are all about sitting down with what the land is offering right now and getting curious. We lay out a spread of whatever's in season - maybe starfruit, soursop, rambutan, jaboticaba, or three different kinds of banana - and we cut, slice, and taste our way through the lineup together.

For each fruit, we talk about how it grows, what the tree or vine likes, and how we use it in the kitchen. Some fruits you'll recognize; others you might only have seen in a photo. Kids usually light up at this part, and food lovers tend to start taking notes.

Compared to a structured tour, these tastings are more like a relaxed kitchen-table session: lots of questions, sticky fingers, and passing plates around. On some days we keep it small and simple, almost like a quick tropical fruit sampling; other times we host longer sessions focused on what's at absolute peak that week.

If you've ever wondered what real tree-ripened tropical fruit is supposed to taste like, this is where you find out.
