Guided Farm Tours are our chance to walk you through the six acres we've been tending for years and show you how a real food forest works. We wander slow, stopping at old mango trees, cacao, citrus, bananas, and whatever else is fruiting that day, talking about why each plant is where it is and how we work with the volcanic soil instead of against it.
You'll taste as we go - whatever is ripe and ready - and we'll talk about how those flavors change with rain, season, and age of the tree. Expect to meet the chickens and ducks, see the compost in action, and get a feel for how we keep this place organic in a wet jungle climate.
Tours usually take about an hour, but we read the group. Sometimes it turns into more of an organic farming walk with people peppering us with technical questions. Other times folks book a private or school-focused visit so we can aim the conversation at kids, teachers, or serious growers. Either way, you leave with full hands, sticky fingers, and a much clearer picture of where your food comes from.
